This 6+ bedroom modern contemporary home in the Fox Crossing neighborhood was built in 2008 and was just updated. Brand new designer finishes were installed in December 2015.

The home is great for entertaining and taking in the mountain views through its large windows and open floor plan. A large chef’s kitchen features white marble counter tops and top of the line appliances. The two balconies are perfect for enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset. A brand new outdoor hot tub has its own private fireplace and is ideal for relaxing the legs after a day on the slopes.

Fox Crossing is located within easy walking distance of everything downtown Aspen has to offer. The free Hunter Creek bus is one block away, which provides service 3 times/hour, for when you are looking for the quickest way to the slopes on a powder day.

In addition to easy access to town, there is also excellent access to all of Aspen’s recreational opportunities. It’s a short stroll down to the Rio Grande Trail, which provides walking, running, cycling, and cross country ski connections throughout the valley. There are three parks within one block of the home for kids to play in. The base of Smuggler Mountain is less than a quarter mile away. The go to spot throughout the year to meet friends for a quick hike with panoramic views over town.

The home is a modern take on traditional rustic Colorado decor. We wanted to create a cozy and casual, yet luxurious atmosphere, and make it all about family. All of the furnishings are blissfully comfortable and inviting. The gathering spaces allow for everyone to be together and are intimate enough to curl up alone and read by the fire. Each bedroom is special! The 2 bunk rooms have four full size beds allowing those sleeping in there to be more comfortable than the standard twin beds. Each of the bedrooms is unique and inviting with special design accents and comfortable reading chairs. There is unusual art throughout the home that is sometimes whimsical and always beautiful. This contemporary home is a very special place to visit.
